GQ was out of town this weekend so Missy and the boys headed north to hang out with me and the girls. Derek had a speaking engagement so he was busy all day. Missy and I had the whole day planned with the kiddos. We had such a great time. Finally, we were the fun ones!! It's usually the Dads that get that title but not today! Our goal was to travel in one car and we did it!! 4 year olds in the middle, 3 year olds in the back and Mom's in the front!! WHOOP WHOOP!
We headed to McDonalds for lunch. 20 piece nugget, 2 large fries and 10 milks. We stayed for about an hour and a half so the kids could play for extra long time. Miss and I got some adult time in between 7 trips to the potty.

We hit up the yogurt store to get a sugar rush so everyone could skip naptime. No naps means early bedtime! I thought getting self serve yogurt would have been complete chaos with 5 kids but they did great. We went over the rules before going in and everyone did awesome.
We stopped at the park to run off the sugar rush. When we got home we watched a movie in the media room and had a little rest. We grilled burgers and hot dogs for dinner. The kids ate great. We enjoyed some down time while the kids played. Then it was time for Missy to go home. Such a great day had by all! Missy and I were so proud of ourselves for being the fun, cool Moms for the day.
