Grapefest = Sweatfest

Since Derek and I have been together we've never been to Grapefest. We decided to make it a family trip. Mom and Emi joined us too. It was HOT for September but we still had a good time.
The girls enjoyed the petting zoo. They weren't too sure about the llama but the bunnies and chickens they were ok with.



Of course we had to ride on the rides. Mom and Emi volunteered to ride on the carousel with the girls. That was their favorite ride!!



We tried to get them on the roller coaster ride but it was too many tickets. So instead they got to pretend drive the cars. They both wanted to ride together. haha!


Who goes to a fair without getting their face painted!! They both wanted ladybugs. Grace insisted Ava go first, like always. Ava is such a big girl and did awesome! I had to sit on the stool with Grace in my lap in order for her cheek to get painted. She liked it when it was finished!





It was a great day enjoyed by all. We ended it with some frozen yogurt from Cassie's!
