I found this treat idea on Pinterest. The girls helped me make them so they could take them to their Valentine's Day party. We had so much fun making these and they are so easy! They placed all the pretzels on the cookie sheet, then placed all the hersheys on top. Then after the hersheys were melted, they put the m&m on top.
